Reason: 

The reason you may be seeing this error is because you have not allowed TrueTMS 

access to your location while the app is in the background.

Solution:

Head over to your phone settings and adjust the permissions for the TrueTMS app. On Android, make sure the “Always allow” option is selected for the location access.
