Can I enter a Shipper or Receiver into a load if I don’t have them already saved under Locations?

Absolutely yes you can. Learn how to use Shippers and Receivers 'on the fly'

1. Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the General section, select ‘Loads’ (a) followed by ‘New Load’ (b)
   
   
2. Enter the Shipper or Receiver information directly into the input box. The system will generate a list of possible options for you to easily select the correct one.
