How do I add a new Customer / Broker / Shipper / Consignee or Receiver?

Add a new Customer/Broker/Shipper/Receiver in seconds

1. To create Customers, Brokers, Shippers, and Receivers, access the 'Customers' menu located on the left side of your home screen, under the Other section. Additionally, you can create Receivers and Shippers under the 'Locations' menu.
   
   
2. Select ‘New Customer’ 
   
   
3. From the drop-down menu under 'Types', choose whether this is a Broker, Customer, Receiver, or Shipper. Fill in all the required information and then click 'Save'. You only need to create a customer/broker/shipper/receiver once. Their information will be accessible in your drop-down menu when creating a load in the future.
   
   
4. Brokers and Customers can be conveniently accessed from the 'Customers' tab on the main menu (a), while Shippers and Receivers you have recently added are located under the 'Locations' tab on the main menu (b).
