How do I assign a Carrier to a Load?

Assign a Carrier to a Load in 3 easy steps. Demo available.

1. Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the General section, click on ‘Loads’ (a).  Select the load you are wanting to assign to a carrier (b).  
   
   
2. Once the load opens, select “Assign” in the top right corner.
   
   
3. Select the Carrier under the Carrier section and then click ‘Validate’ and your new carrier trip will be created.
   
   

You can find all the loads that have been assigned to carriers in 'Carrier Trips' on the left side menu.
