How do I assign loads in the planning tool?

Easily assign a load by simply dragging and dropping in the planning tool

1. Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the General section, click on ‘Planning’.  
   
   
2. Once the page opens, you will see all your unassigned loads on the right side of the screen.
   
   
3. You can click on any of the unassigned loads (a) and drag and drop the load into the appropriate greeen block (b) to match the driver, date and time you would like the load to take place.  
   
   
   
   
4. Once you select ‘Save’  the bottom of the page, the load will then be assigned to that driver and a trip will be created.
