How do I change the list order of my billing rules?
Re-order your billing rules
- Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the Other section, click on ‘Customers’ (a).
Select the customer that applies to the specific billing rule list that you wish to edit. Once the customer’s details page opens, click on the ‘billing’ tab (b).

- Selecting the ‘=’ icon next to the billing rule (pictured below) and dragging it up or down will allow you to change the order of the billing rules you created for this customer. Once you are happy with the new list order, select ‘Save changes’.
