How do I control whether my drivers are able to see future trips on the mobile application?
Let's review the settings in order for drivers to have visibility of future trips via their mobile application.
- Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the Account section, click on ‘Settings’.

- After opening the settings page, you will find yourself on the 'General' section. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will come across the option 'Driver can see future trips'. By toggling it on, your drivers will be able to view future trips on their mobile application. Conversely, if you toggle it off, the button will turn gray, indicating that drivers will only see present loads for the selected day.
