How do I copy a Customer as a Shipper/Receiver? (I.e. My customer is also a Shipper/Receiver)?

Instead of creating new customers etc, save time by simply copying

1. Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the Other section, select ‘Customers’ (a) followed by ‘New Customer’ (b).
   
   
   
2. To provide all the necessary information, navigate to the Business Details tab and locate the ‘Types’ dropdown box (a). From here, you can select the appropriate type of customer, whether it is solely a customer or a customer and shipper, and so on. If the customer also functions as a shipper, simply choose ‘Customer’ and ‘Shipper’ from the dropdown box (b).
   
   
3. The same were to apply should you have the customer/receiver/shipper already populated in your Rolodex.  In this case you would select the pencil icon to edit their details and then follow step 2 above
4. Don’t forget to ‘Save’ your changes
