How do I Create multiple loads for a specific day?

Do the same load more than once a day? Easily create multiple loads with a single click

1. Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the General section, click on ‘Loads’ (a) and then ‘New Load’ (b).
   
   
2. The first page is the Load details page. Complete all the information required and then scroll down to the block at the bottom labeled ‘Number of loads per day’
3. Using the arrows up and down, select how often this load will take place on this day.  Click ‘Next’ in the bottom right corner.
   
   
4. Now complete the Trailer Requirements page and select ‘Next’ again 
5. Review the load information on the Summary page. 
6. Once you are satisfied that all the details are correct, click the ‘Create’ button. 
    
                                                                                                   
7. As an example, let's say we want to create two repetitions of load #29. After creating the load, you will notice that load #29 will be displayed as 29.1 and 29.2 on your Loads page.
   
   
8. Once you have selected this load, you will be provided with the option to individually assign a driver, tractor, and trailer to each of the two loads.
