How do I delete a User / Driver / Trailer / Tractor / Receiver/ Shipper / Customer or Broker?

Users, drivers, tractors, trailers, receivers, shippers, and customers are all deleted in the same way. Follow these easy steps below:

1. Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the Other section, click on either:
   
   ‘Customers’ tab (to delete Customers and Brokers) or 
   ‘Locations’ tab (to delete Shippers and Receivers)  or
   ‘Trailers’ (to delete a Trailer) or
   ‘Tractors’ (to delete a Tractor) or  
   ‘Users’ (to delete a User or a Driver)
                
   For this exercise I will delete a customer 
     
   
                             
2. Locate the Customer you wish to delete from the Customer list. Click on any part of the customer's details to proceed.
   
   
3. Go ahead and select the red bin icon on the top right of the screen.
   
   
4. A notification block will appear, displaying a Danger Zone message. Click on the option 'Yes, delete' to proceed.
