How do I generate a Driver’s Settlement?

Explore how easy it is to generate a driver's settlement.

1. To begin, access TrueTMS on the web application. Once logged in, navigate to the menu on the left side of your home screen and locate the 'Users' option (a) under the Other section. From the top tab menu, select 'Drivers' (b).  Click on the line corresponding to the specific driver for whom you wish to generate a settlement (c).
   
   
2. To generate a settlement, go to the 'Settlements' heading (a) located on the top tab and click on  'Generate Settlement' (b).
   
   
3. Specify the 'start date' and 'end date' for the settlement you want to generate, then click on the 'Validate' button.
   
   
4. Locate the desired settlement from the list and select 'open' under the Document heading.
   
   
5. The Settlement Sheet will open in PDF format, showcasing the driver's earnings for the selected period under the 'Taxable Settlement Earnings' section.
