How do I link a Tractor and Trailer to a specific driver?

Do you have a driver that always uses the same Tractor and Trailer? Let’s link that driver to those assets so when you next assign that driver, the system automatically assigns the tractor and trailer too.

1. Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the Other section, click on ‘Users’. 
   
   
2. Once the Users page opens, select ‘Drivers’ (a) and then select the Driver you are wanting to link a Tractor and Trailer to (b).
   
   
3. When the driver's profile opens, simply select the little ‘Link’ icon in the top right corner. 
   
   
4. In the pop up block, you will see the driver you have selected (a) Go on and select the relevant Tractor in the second drop down block (b), then select the relevant Trailer in block (c) and lastly select ‘Save’.
   
   
5. From now on, when you assign this driver to a load, the system will conveniently also assign the linked Tractor and Trailer for you.
