How do I restore a deleted load on the Web application?

Accidentally deleted a load? Let's show you how to restore it

  1. Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the General section, click on ‘Loads’ (a).
  2. From the tab menu at the top, select ‘CANCELLED’ (b) This will open the page where all your previously cancelled/deleted loads are stored, each with a ‘DELETED’ status.
  3. Click anywhere on the line of the load that you wish to restore (c)

  4. Once the load opens, click on the ‘Restore load’ icon on the top right as indicated below.

  5. A notification will appear, asking you to confirm that you wish to restore the load. Simply click on 'Yes, Restore' and the load will be successfully restored on your Loads page.
