How do I use the Live Tracker Map and Board?

Learn how to navigate the Live Tracker in TrueTMS

1. Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the General section, click on ‘Live Tracker’.
   
   
2. Once the Live Tracker opens, you will see all your current and in progress loads on the left and a map on the right.
   
   
3. To track a specific load, simply click on the load you wish to monitor (a). By utilizing the driver's mobile application for tracking purposes, you will have access to their precise location, load details, and even their current driving speed (b).
   
   
4. To grant customers access to this tracking feature, you have the option to input their email address in their customer details (refer to image 1). Once added, customers will receive an email containing the respective link in order to track the load for themselves (refer to image 2).

5. To customize your map view, simply select your preferred map option - General Map or Satellite Map - from the top left corner.
   
   
6. Under the Map option, you will find the first tab labeled as 'Loads'.  These are the loads that are currently in progress
   
   
7. The next section is dedicated to your drivers.  Here you can view a comprehensive list of all your drivers and their assignment status.
   
   
8. The final section is 'Events'.  Here you can find a record of all the events related to your loads, including time stamps when they were loaded, unloaded, departed, and arrived.
   
   
9. Convenient feature: As events occur in real time, they will also briefly pop up in the bottom right corner of the screen.
   
   
10. Finally, the 'Board' option in the live tracker provides a concise overview of all your loads, categorizing them into those that have not been started (a), loads in progress (b), and completed loads (c).
