How to use the Planning Grid?
One place where you can see it all!
- Log in to TrueTMS on the web application. On the menu on the left of your home screen under the General section, click on ‘Planning’.

- Once the planning tool is open at the top of the page, select “Grid”.

- The first thing to note is that all your Loads (a) (assigned and unassigned) and Drivers (b) are on this page.

- The Loads section with all your assigned and unassigned loads contains all the load information, including: load number, trip Number, Driver, Tractor, trailer, status, pick up date, delivery date, shipper, shipper address, receiver, receiver address, distance and revenue.

- The Grid view also allows you to view Assets over a specific time period. Select the beginning of the period (a) and the end of the period (b) and all the relevant loads will appear.

- The Grid view gives the option to sort your loads by different categories to assist you in narrowing down what you're looking for. Select the “sort” block (a) and then select the category order you would like your loads in (b).

- Once you have selected your category in the ‘sort’ block, the loads will load in said category.
- Example: Here I requested the loads to be ordered by their pick up date.
