Why can’t I assign a Tractor, Trailer or Driver to a load?
Having difficulty assigning a Tractor, Trailer or Driver to a load. Let's troubleshoot...
- Difficulty Assigning a Tractor:
If you can’t assign a tractor, it is most likely that you have not added a Tractor to your assets.
- Difficulty Assigning a Trailer:
Have you got the specific trailer required for that load? i.e.. If the load requires a Conestoga, do you have a Conestoga trailer added to your assets? If not, please click on the following link to learn how to Add a Tractor or Trailer. Once you have added them to your assets in TrueTMS then try assigning again.

- Difficulty Assigning a Driver:
