Explaining how TrueTMS will notify you that your drivers' license is close to expiring
TrueTMS will alert you to the fact that your drivers' license is about to expire or has possibly already expired, in two convenient ways:
Option 1:
If you suspect that a license is nearing it's expiration date and you would like to verify, you can simply click on 'Users' (a) located under the Other section on the left menu.
Now select 'Drivers'.
All your drivers will be listed. Should you see a small red triangle with an
exclamation mark next to a driver’s name, this is an indication that his/her license has expired or will expire shortly. To know for sure, simply hover over the red triangle and you will be able to see the details.
Option 2:
When you assign a load to a driver whose license is about to expire - the expiry
details will be next to their name as illustrated below
